• · Passed the General Certificate in Education Ordinary Level Examination in 1992 with A Distinction for English Language and Credit passes for Tamil Language, Social Studies & History, Commerce & Christianity, with that I have two simple passes for Mathematics and Science.

• · Passed the General Certificate in Education Advanced Level Examination in 1996 with a “B” Pass for Political Science, And two “C” passes for Economics and Commerce and Finance.

• · Passed the first Examination for General Arts Degree Examination at Sri Jayewardenepura University, Sri lanka as an External Candidate.

• · Successfully completed a three year course on National Diploma in Teaching –English Language at Pasdunrata National College of Education, Kalutara -Sri Lanka.

• · Awarded with a Gold Medal by the Uva Provincial Department of Education in 1996 for achieving the best results in the commerce stream at the school level.

• · Presently serving as a Teacher of English Language at Bd / Passara Tamil Maha Vidyalayam, for the past four and half years. With that I have been in the teaching field for nearly eight years.

• · Presently I am serving as a Students Counselor at the CARITAS- Sri Lanka (SEDEC).

• · I am an active member of the National Peace program unit of the USCOD Center, Sri Lanka.

• · I serve as an animator on creating awareness among the youths on HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases for the UVA SHAKTHI FOUNDATION-SRILANKA..
